Inauguration of the exhibition “Marco Polo’s Knowledge for the Preservation of Craftsmanship and Gastronomic Traditions of Excellence”

On the ground floor of the Torre di Porta Nuova, at 5:30 PM on Friday, October 4th, the inauguration of the exhibition ‘Marco Polo’s Knowledge for the Preservation of Craftsmanship and Gastronomic Traditions of Excellence’ will take place.

The exhibition, part of the official program of the Polo celebrations organized by the National Committee and curated by Wavents, features several high-quality Chinese handicrafts, mostly from cities once visited by Marco Polo, such as Suzhou, twinned with Venice since 1980, Hangzhou, and Yangzhou.
