You can access the Salone dell’Alto Artigianato Italiano from the pedestrian entrance at Bacini-Arsenale Nord via Tesa 105, which is reachable on foot from the main access points of the city via the Celestia walkway.

– Special Actv Line: direct connection from the Piazzale Roma stop to the “Arsenale Torre di Porta Nuova” stop, active during opening days with departures every 20 minutes. A special fare of €5.00 for a one-way trip and €8.00 for a round trip is available for Salone ticket holders. This service is exclusively for Salone visitors.

– The “Bacini – Arsenale Nord” stop is also served by the following lines:

• Actv Lines 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, 5.2.
• Alilaguna Blue Line with direct connection from Marco Polo Airport.

– Free shuttle service from the Giardino delle Vergini (particularly for visitors coming from Biennale Arte 2024), active from 11:00 AM to 5:40 PM.

From Thursday, October 3rd to Sunday, October 6th, 2024, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (last entry at 6:30 PM).

On Saturday, October 5th, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (last entry at 7:00 PM).

Tickets can be purchased online on the website saloneartigianato.venezia.it/ and at the tourist information and welcome points in Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia Railway Station, Piazza San Marco, M. Polo Airport, and Mestre P.le Cialdini. Payment will be possible exclusively cashless (for example, credit/debit card, ATM card) in a quick, easy, and fast manner!

Please note that free tickets for eligible categories can only be collected at the ticket office located at the entrance to the exhibition area.

Yes, it is possible to request an invoice by sending the request to [email protected] no later than 12 days from the date of purchase.

Children up to 11 years old when accompanied and persons with 100% certified disabilities (entrance recommended from Bacini/Arsenale Nord for people with reduced mobility).
Free admission tickets can be collected at the ticket office at the entrance to the exhibition area.

If you cannot find your ticket in your email, you can retrieve it by accessing the reserved area by clicking here using the “recover/view purchases and reservations” function.

Please note that the admission ticket is in digital format, so there is no need to have a paper ticket. You only need to show the QR code from your smartphone directly at the entrance.

No changes to the date/time are allowed for personal needs of the visitor.
Please note that it is preferable, but not mandatory, to enter during the time slot indicated on the admission ticket. Finally, we specify that the time slot only indicates the entry time and not the time you can spend inside the exhibition venue.

You can proceed autonomously through the website with a “name change” by following these instructions:

Access the reserved area by clicking here.
Choose “MY TICKETS” from the menu at the top right.
The details of the purchased ticket will appear.
If they do not appear automatically, enter the TAX SEAL of the ticket (this is the 16-character alphanumeric code found on the right side of the ticket, above the issue date) and click on “SEARCH.”

Proceed by clicking on “CHANGE PARTICIPANT.”
Modify the details as needed and click on “CONFIRM.”
Click “CONFIRM” again to reconfirm the new participant, who will receive the ticket at the email address provided.

Please note that the ticket is valid for a single entry only; re-entry after exiting the Salone is not allowed.

No refunds are provided for personal reasons of the visitor.

In the case of an event canceled or rescheduled due to force majeure, please consult the website saloneartigianato.venezia.it for information on possible refund or recovery procedures.

Small dogs are allowed in.
