Tickets can be purchased online on the Ticketing page and also onsite by the following authorized Venezia Unica sales points: San Marco IAT, Piazzale Roma IAT, Mestre IAT, Santa Lucia Railway Station IAT, Dolo IAT, Airport IAT, Tronchetto Agenzia, and at the Arsenale ticket office.

Concession ticket €12.50 [available only on site, from September 28th to October 4th, 2026, at the ticket office inside Arsenale di Venezia and at authorized Venezia Unica sales points] reserved for:

• Fondazione Musei Civici of Venice
• 61st International Art Exhibition of La Biennale Venezia
• Teatro La Fenice

Free admission
• free admission for children up to 12 years old if accompanied;
• free admission for 100% certified disability with recommended entrance via Bacini/Arsenale Nord for people with reduced mobility. The accompanying person will be entitled to purchase a ticket at a reduced rate.

Yes, it is possible to request an invoice by sending the request to [email protected] no later than 12 days from the date of purchase.

Small dogs are allowed in.

If you cannot find your ticket in your email, you can retrieve it by accessing the reserved area by clicking here using the “recover/view purchases and reservations” function.

Please note that the admission ticket is in digital format, so there is no need to have a paper ticket. You only need to show the QR code from your smartphone directly at the entrance.

No changes to the date/time are allowed for personal needs of the visitor.

Please note that it is preferable, but not mandatory, to enter during the time slot indicated on the admission ticket. Finally, we specify that the time slot only indicates the entry time and not the time you can spend inside the exhibition venue.

You can make a “name change” on your own through the website by following these instructions:

• Click here.
• Select “MY TICKETS” from the menu at the top right. The details of the ticket you purchased will appear.
  If they do not appear automatically, enter the TICKET TAX STAMP (the 16-character alphanumeric code located on the right side of the ticket, above the issue date) and click “SEARCH.”
• Proceed by clicking “CHANGE PARTICIPANT.”
  Edit the information as needed and click “CONFIRM.”
• Click “CONFIRM” again to reconfirm the new participant, who will receive the ticket at the email address provided.

For reduced tickets, name changes are permitted only for individuals who are eligible for the same discount.

Please note that the ticket is valid for a single entry only; re-entry after exiting the Salone is not allowed.

No refunds granted for personal needs of the visitor.

If the event is canceled/postponed due to force majeure, please visit the official website for information on any refund or rescheduling options.

That’s not necessary; you can simply show your ticket on your smartphone or tablet.

Help the environment: save your ticket as a PDF on your phone or tablet, or print it on recycled paper.
